We offer staff to various healthcare facilities and prioritize collaboration, partnership, and brokerage of services in aged care, disability, mental health, and for carers. Key responsibilities:
* Experience in managing challenging clients and difficult environment. Provide personal care, assistance with support to disable individuals.
* Help clients to achieve their personal goals and independence.
* Assist in social, recreational, and community participation activities.
* Manage challenging behaviours and provide support.
* Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
Qualification:
* Must be Arabicspeaking support workers
* Australian work rights
* National Police Clearance within 12 months (or willing to obtain)
* NDIS verification check or willing to get one
* Minimum 6 months of experience as support worker
* Diver licensee with access to car is desirable.
