Job Summary: We are seeking a Transport Technology Trainer who will be responsible for delivering and developing training on warehouse and transport IT systems for both internal teams and external partners. This role involves hands-on experience, stakeholder engagement, and championing innovative training solutions that support team growth and development.
About the Role:
Training Delivery & Development: Deliver practical and theory-based training on IT equipment and systems, including in-cabin technology and TMS. Develop engaging, tailored training resources in collaboration with the Linfox technology team. Coordinate training sessions, assessments, and feedback for operations teams and drivers. Ensure training materials and procedures are current and aligned with best practice.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with ADIT, site managers, and external customers to ensure training solutions meet business needs. Gather feedback from operational staff and use insights to improve training outcomes. Maintain strong working relationships with industry stakeholders, regulators, and third-party providers.
Safety, Compliance & Quality: Record training outcomes, equipment inspections, and safety observations accurately. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Linfox SOPs. Support continual improvement initiatives, including trainer mentoring and professional development. Promote safe work practices and contribute to a psychologically safe workplace.
Technology & Process Innovation: Leverage emerging technologies to enhance the effectiveness of training delivery. Participate in validation, review, and improvement of training content and SOPs. Support data collection and present opportunities for feedback and improvement.
Requirements: The successful applicant will bring:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110/40116)
* Relevant IT qualifications and a current driver's licence
* 4–5 years' operational experience in supply chain, transport, or warehouse environments
* Experience in transport, logistics, or warehousing
* Strong knowledge of transport technologies and digital tools
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience developing and delivering adult training (face-to-face and digital)
* High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
