About the position:
You will be the face of American Express visiting existing small-medium sized merchants within your allocated territory. With your excellent customer service skills, you will promote the American Express services and benefits to existing and newly acquired merchants. Communicate well with the merchants of American Express and create a lasting impression!
This role will include:
* Ensuring American Express services, signage, merchandise and messaging are maximised across all merchants.
* A designated cluster of merchants to allow you to focus your attention.
* Offering new services and products whilst also providing an understanding of the current offers and services.
* Collecting merchant feedback and insights to provide American Express an understanding of how best to support the needs and requirements of small merchants within Australia.
This territory covers the suburbs of Macquarie Park, Epping, Seven Hills, Olympic Park

About you:
* Must have a car and license (this is essential) as you will no longer have to sit in an office!
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
* Effective planners with the ability to manage time efficiently with minimal supervision
* Can empathise and provide solutions to any challenges encountered.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Ability to build and develop effective and lasting relationships with all levels of staff
