You'll be in the room where it happens, partnering directly with senior leaders to shape narrative, reputation, and culture.Your background includes:Internal communications with impact - Design strategies that turn business objectives into messages employees care about.
Own major All Ins and events that connect and energise our employeesContent creation - Produce everything from internal updates to social media and broadcast-quality video contentReputation management - provide trusted media and reputational counsel to the business and its leadersExternal media - Develop creative and newsworthy media campaignsWhat makes you perfect for this?
Solid experience in corporate affairs, senior communications roles, as a public relations professional or journalist.Ability to build and manage strong relationships with senior executives and a range of stakeholders and business partnersStrategic thinking, flexibility, ability to respond to short deadlines, to operate independently and effectively in a fast-paced work environmentSuperior written and verbal communication skillsWe're obsessed with becoming our customers' banking partner for life and we're looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
