We are looking for an experienced and hands‐on Working Foreman to lead our silo construction projects within the grain storage industry in Australia. In this role, you will actively participate in the construction process while supervising a team on‐site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Assembling and installing silos at different project sites
* Lead and coordinate daily on‐site construction activities
* Actively participate in silo assembly and installation work
* Supervise and support a team of technicians and construction workers
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
* Monitor progress, quality, and planning of the project
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
* Troubleshoot technical issues on‐site and provide practical solutions
Qualifications
* Proven experience in construction, preferably in silo or steel structure building
* Experience in a foreman, lead hand, or supervisory role
* Hands‐on mentality with strong technical insight
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Good command of English (spoken and written)
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel and work in Australia
