The Opportunity: Showroom Administrator - Blackburn Showroom (Permanent part time 0.8FTE Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday) As a Showroom Administrator, you’ll be the welcoming face of our Blackburn showroom, supporting customers and the team through a mix of customer service and administration. Every day will bring something different, from greeting customers to managing vital behind-the-scenes processes that keep our showroom running smoothly. What you’ll be doing: Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone Processing payments, banking, reconciliations, and data entry Coordinating deliveries and providing after-sales support Assisting the team with general showroom administration Helping create a seamless and professional customer experience What we’re looking for: Previous experience in customer service or administration (retail, hospitality, travel, contact centre, or sales experience welcomed) Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude Comfortable with basic computer skills and eager to learn What you’ll get in return: 12 weeks paid parental leave for all eligible employees Competitive remuneration packages Work with market-leading and globally recognised brands.
