Pharmacy

Medical Scientists, Pharmacists & Psychologists Grade 2 (SX2-SX5)

76 hours per fortnight

Full Time, Max Term December December 2026

Echuca Regional Health is seeking a motivated and qualified Hospital Pharmacist eager to grow their career. The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative team, with access the potential of relocation assistance and accommodation support to help you settle in comfortably

Key responsibilities include:

* Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred clinical care, ensuring medication safety and optimal medication management
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and the pharmacy department to provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services across the organisation
* Actively participate in ongoing education and training
* Participate and lead quality improvement activities and projects
* Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested
* Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice
* Participate in a weekend and on call roster

Qualifications/experience required:

* Current AHPRA Registration as a Pharmacist
* Completion of post graduate certificate (minimum) in clinical pharmacy, pharmacy practice and other relevant credentialing
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

* Prior experience in supervision of intern pharmacists, pharmacy students and pharmacy technicians
* Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting, credentialed or desire to obtain credentialing
* Prior experience in delivery of education to health professionals and patients
