About The Role
This is an opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary framework to deliver high-quality services safely. As a key member of the Workforce Partnerships and Professional Development Team, you will be responsible for maintaining and retrieving accurate service data, monitoring processes and business rules, managing system issues with Corporate teams and providing information systems training and end-user support.
The role involves ongoing maintenance, support, data integrity and evaluation of the CIMHA, as well as initial and ongoing training for clinical and administrative staff.
