This role will suit someone with a solid technical foundation who also brings exceptional organisational, documentation, and communication skills. You'll act as the bridge between technical teams and business processes—bringing clarity, structure, and consistency to how we operate.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation Migration & Improvement
* Lead the migration of existing documentation from LastPass to IT Glue
* Identify gaps in current documentation and proactively source missing information
* Collaborate with internal teams to capture undocumented processes and knowledge
* Act as a "detective" to ensure completeness, accuracy, and usability of all documentation
Process & Procedure Development
* Write clear, structured help desk and IT administration procedures
* Standardise documentation formats and ensure consistency across the business
* Work closely with technical teams to translate workflows into user-friendly documentation
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an IT or technical role (e.g., help desk, systems admin, or similar)
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Strong documentation and administrative capabilities (this is critical)
* Experience with documentation platforms (e.g., IT Glue or similar) is highly desirable
* Understanding of business processes and process improvement methodologies
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in gathering information
