Responsibilities
* Tenancy Management: Handling the end‐to‐end lifecycle of your tenancies.
* Maintenance Coordination: Using the Ailo platform to manage repairs and keep landlords in the loop.
* Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for Landlords and Tenants.
* Leasing & Growth: Securing new business and ensuring your portfolio is performing at its peak.
* Financial Oversight: Organising invoices and payments through our streamlined automated system.

About You
You are a proactive communicator who enjoys the fast‐paced nature of real estate but wants a smarter way to work.
Qualifications
* Experience in Property Management (experience with Ailo or Inspection Express/Agent software is a plus).
* Current SA Property Management Registration.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
* A "can‐do" attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
