The business is seeking a Head of Finance Partnering, an accomplished and forward-thinking leader with a strong track record in financial partnering and strategic planning. You will guide a team of high-performing professionals within a fast-paced environment, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Finance Partners to deliver meaningful insights, strategic advice, and recommendations that drive informed decision-making and organisational value.
* Champion a collaborative, purpose-led culture that values empathy, accountability, and continuous improvement, fostering engagement and growth within the Finance Partnering team and across the wider Finance function.
* Ensure the delivery of timely, accurate, and high-quality financial services and insights, including financial reporting, business partnering, planning, procurement, and related advisory support aligned to organisational priorities.
* Play a central role in financial performance management through effective leadership of planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring transparency and disciplined financial outcomes.
* Strengthen collaboration across Finance and other enabling functions such as People, Data & Analytics, and Procurement to ensure alignment and a holistic approach to organisational success.
* Contribute to the continuous enhancement of systems, processes, and policies that uphold data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment between financial objectives and broader organisational goals.
* Identify and manage emerging issues, risks, and opportunities proactively, supporting sound decision-making and operational resilience.
* Contribute to the overall leadership and strategic direction of the Finance function, working closely with peers to achieve shared performance outcomes and deliver lasting impact.
