As the HR Business Partner (Talent Acquisition), you will lead end-to-end recruitment across a designated portfolio while partnering with leaders to deliver proactive, strategic workforce solutions. You will play a key role in shaping workforce pipelines through talent strategies, while ensuring all recruitment and employment practices align with legislative requirements, EBAs and organisational priorities.This is an exciting and fast-paced time to join our team, with the organisation currently implementing a new HRIS system - offering a unique opportunity to contribute to continuous improvements and help shape future HR processes.Your work will include:Leading end-to-end recruitment and providing strategic advice to hiring managersEnsuring compliance with employment legislation, EBAs, contracts and onboarding requirementsOperationalise workforce planning strategiesBuilding relationships with key stakeholdersSupport the continuous improvement of the recruitment and onboarding process as we implement a new HRIS system.What you'll need:Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (or working towards)Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisitionWhat we're looking for:Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence effectivelyAbility to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsA proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for improving workforce outcomesMost importantly, someone with a can-do attitude that is comfortable with change.What's in it for you?A supportive team environment.ADO each month (full-time staff only)Up to $15,900 tax free income through not-for-profit salary packaging per yearAn optional $2,650 tax free to spend towards meals and entertainmentTraining & Development (Online & Onsite)For more information on this position contact: Emma WidrichManager PLC Hub and Acquisitionemma.widrich@lchs.com.auAt Latrobe Community Health Service we want to help you get back to what matters.
