Your new role
As the Test Manager, you will oversee all testing activities for the 1HRMS Project, ensuring quality, stability, and performance throughout the implementation process. You will collaborate closely with the 1HRMS management team, the Implementation Partner, and the project team, leading the charge in delivering testing strategies that align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate all test phases, including System Integration, Functional, UAT, Performance, and Regression Testing.
* Work alongside project teams to define requirements, track issues, and manage the testing lifecycle.
* Oversee defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution to ensure seamless implementation.
* Provide regular testing progress reports, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
* Partner with functional teams to align technical implementation with user needs.
* Support UAT and rollout phases, ensuring users are adequately prepared for testing and transition.
What you'll need to succeed
* 7+ years of experience in large-scale ERP Test Management, with expertise in implementation and testing methodologies.
* Strong leadership and coordination skills, successfully leading testing efforts in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
* Hands-on experience with Test Management tools, such as Azure DevOps.
* Ability to drive collaboration between diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical and business needs.
* In-depth knowledge of industry best practices in testing and quality assurance.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills, managing multiple priorities effectively
