Role Description
This is an approximately one day a week contracted position based on-site in Legana, Tasmania, for a Bookkeeper and Admin person at FermentHQ. The role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records and financial statements, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks. The Bookkeeper and Admin person will handle bookkeeping responsibilities, process journal entries, utilise accounting software, and support the finance team. Additionally, the role requires assisting with general office administration, reporting, and maintaining organisational compliance.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Bookkeeping and creating Financial Statements
* Proficiency in Xero Accounting Software and financial documentation
* Experience with Journal Entries and Finance management
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
* Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
* Basic understanding of Australian tax and compliance regulations is a plus
* Prior experience in an administrative role is desirable
