We are seeking an ICT Support Officer to provide technical support across Willunga and surrounding areas. This is an initial 6‐month contract, with the possibility of extension.
In this role, you will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support, both remotely and onsite, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently and within agreed service levels.
What You'll be Doing
* Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support, resolving incidents and service requests via the IT Service Management system
* Ensure all tickets are accurately logged, updated, and resolved within SLA timeframes
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated from the Service Desk
* Install, configure and maintain systems, applications, and Microsoft Intune‐managed devices
* Support network connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN and Wi‐Fi across multiple locations
* Assist with access management, device configuration, and software licensing reviews
* Create and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides, and training materials
* Deliver end‐user training and support for hardware, software, and systems
* Mentor Level 1 team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within ICT services
What You'll Bring
You will bring technical troubleshooting skills and a customer‐first mindset, with the ability to analiz[e] issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
Key experience includes:
* Technical support across hardware, software, and end‐user devices
* Microsoft Intune device management and configuration
* Networking fundamentals including LAN, WAN and Wi‐Fi troubleshooting
* Supporting smartphones, tablets, printers, and peripheral devices
* Strong time management, communication, and collaboration skills
Please note: This role is 100% onsite within a school environment, and a valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one) is required prior to commencement.
