We are seeking a strategic Human Resources professional to join our leadership team as a Talent Acquisition and Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with senior leaders to drive recruitment, training initiatives, performance management, and employee engagement
* Manage employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and procedures
* Lead workplace health and safety processes and facilitate regular meetings
* Drive compliance with audits and other stakeholders
* Support managers and finance with timesheet management and fortnightly payroll processing
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred
* Related experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner in hospitality or hotel environments
* Familiarity with industry-specific knowledge highly regarded
* A sound understanding of employment law
* Experience using HR software systems an advantage
