Job Description
This role involves providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, acting as a key liaison between the executive and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* calendar management – prioritize appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient use of the CEO's time
* communication management – screen phone calls, manage emails, and draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO
* meeting coordination – plan meetings, prepare briefings, presentations, and agendas, take minutes, and manage logistics for both in-person and virtual events
* travel arrangements – book flights, accommodation, and transportation, prepare itineraries, and make alternative arrangements if required
* project oversight – supervise special projects, track deadlines, and communicate progress
* liaison and communication – act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and discretion are also essential.
