We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Katoomba and Lower Blue Mountains region.
The successful candidate will have experience assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
* Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
* Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based.
* Support and advise on adaptations to the environment, including home, school, work, and residential facilities.
* Recommend the provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and promote independence.
Requirements:
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas.
* A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently.
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
