Reporting to the Demand & Supply Manager, the ANZ Replenishment Planner is responsible for managing finished goods replenishment, imports and exports across the ANZ region within a manufacturing environment.
The role plays a critical part in balancing inventory availability, transport efficiency, and working capital, while maintaining high service levels across the network.
This is a hands‐on position, working closely with logistics, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient and seamless supply chain outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute weekly stock transfers across ANZ distribution centres
* Manage inbound supply and import purchase orders from global vendors
* Coordinate export movements, including NZ distribution and international shipments
* Monitor inventory levels and proactively manage stock imbalances and backorders
* Optimise freight utilisation (FCL/LCL, airfreight where required)
* Maintain visibility of inbound supply and shipment schedules
* Identify risks to supply and implement mitigation strategies
* Contribute to continuous improvement and supply chain optimisation initiatives
About You
* Proven experience in replenishment, supply or distribution planning
* Strong understanding of end‐to‐end supply chain processes
* Hands‐on experience with SAP (planning & purchasing modules)
* Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability
* Ability to interpret data and drive practical outcomes
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
