About the role This role is a key part of the customer experience and sales process within the aluminium windows and doors industry. You will read and interpret plans, prepare accurate quotations, and manage sales opportunities from enquiry through to order. The position combines estimating, customer service, and sales support in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with customers, sales, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely outcomes. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks is essential. Tasks & Responsibilities Read and interpret architectural plans to complete accurate take-offs and quoting for aluminium windows and doors Prepare fast, precise quotations and tenders using V6 estimating software Manage customer enquiries from phone, email, and walk-ins, providing clear product and pricing advice Actively follow up quotes and opportunities to convert enquiries into confirmed orders Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth job flow from quote to production to delivery Skills & experience Proven experience in construction or building estimating, ideally with exposure to plans, take-offs, and quoting processes Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings accurately Experience preparing quotes, tenders, or variations in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities Confident communicator with strong customer service and follow-up skills, able to build rapport and close out opportunities Benefits & Perks ompetitive salary of $80,000 super, negotiable based on experience.
