Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Office & Marketing Support Administrator to be the first point of contact and provide essential support across the business.

* Greet customers and manage incoming calls and emails professionally
* Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including CRM updates and lead management
* Assist with marketing tasks such as social media scheduling, content creation, and campaign support
* Help manage photography, videography, and digital assets for marketing initiatives
Qualifications
* Previous experience in reception, administration, or office support roles
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
