For the first time, we have an opportunity for a law clerk to join our Insurance Team, working predominantly on Workers' Compensation and Compulsory Third Party insurance claims.
The team is overseen by Laura Angel, a leading lawyer in the insurance sector in Western Australia.
This position would suit a law student with a strong academic background, a keen attention to detail, an enthusiastic attitude and ability to pick up new skills.
It is for 2 or 3 days per week, and can accommodate study and exam periods and Summer/Winter clerkships.
Key tasks
These include:
Discovery of documents
Preparing medical chronologies
Preparing ATO & payslip summaries.
