Overview
We are seeking an experienced Gyprocker Fixer / Flusher / Chippie / labourers to join our team in Darwin, Northern Territory. As a full-time member of our Building Trades crew, you will play a crucial role in the successful construction and maintenance of commercial and residential properties in the local area.
Responsibilities
* Expertly fix, flush and finish plasterboard to achieve high-quality results
* Collaborate with the construction team to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
* Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team
* Assist with other general construction duties as required
Qualifications
* Several years of experience as a Gyprocker Fixer / Flusher / chippie / Labourer, with a solid track record of delivering high-quality work
* Minimum 1-2 years of gyprocker fixer/flusher/ chippie /Labouring experience is required
* Excellent technical skills in plasterboard fixing, flushing and finishing
* Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions
* Current Construction Industry White Card and reliable transportation
* Experience is the primary requirement, with no specific trade qualification necessary
* Must hold valid work rights in Australia or possess a valid work visa
