We're on the lookout for a client-side Project Manager with experience in either the Education or Defence sectors to join our dynamic team in Darwin. What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of demonstrated recent construction project experience with Education of Defence sector with client project experience desirable.
* Professional qualifications in project management, architectural, engineering, construction management or similar.
* A good understanding and proven experience in managing construction contracts and contract administration, with managing contractor contract experience is highly desirable.
* Good client and stakeholder management, as well as leadership skills.
* Well-developed spoken and reporting/ writing skills with strong competence in computer software including the ability to use the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with Microsoft Project desirable.
* Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
* Completed construction site health and safety course.
* AIPM Certified Practising Project Manager certification or equivalent would be viewed favourably.
* Australian Citizen and able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance.
