Our company is seeking a dynamic and skilled Concierge Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for team members, guests, and clients by supporting events, community activations, and facilities management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing front of house services, including meeting room bookings, catering requests, and supplies.
* Handling courier requests, deliveries, and mail distribution efficiently.
* Supporting events with layout, setup, and breakdown activities, ensuring seamless execution.
* Assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities, including building inductions and access card management.
* Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
* Maintaining and managing inventory of office supplies and uniform, ensuring stock levels are adequate and reordered as necessary.
* Assisting in the implementation and communication of emergency procedures, ensuring all team members and guests are informed and prepared.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organisational skills, professional presentation, a positive attitude, and technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
