Retail Manager
Braidwood NSW Pty Ltd is looking for a highly enthusiastic and sincere individual with an amazing attitude to join them as Retail Manager at their Roadhouse- Burdekin Duck Roadhouse and Campground in Breddan QLD 4820
Key Responsibilities :
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
* Develop local marketing and in-store promotional activities.
* Control the recruitment, selection and training of staff.
* Formulate and implement daily operating procedures to ensure store is adequately stocked, organized, and well kept.
* Determine which products are to be stocked and in what quantities
* Liaising and negotiating with vendors
* Maintain quality brand image standards as pass evaluations.
* Ensure that all employees are compliant with store's operating procedures and WH&S.
* Budgeting and payroll.
* Monitor cash over / short, inventory shrinkage.
* Conduct store meetings as needed with employees.
* Prepare and analyze store reports
* Daily cash reconciliation, petty cash and banking.
* Devise and implement promotions / advertising to maximize business revenue.
* Setting and adjusting the prices in line with business profitability and needs

* Resilience and Adaptability
Experience Required : Relevant experience in similar field.
GOOD SALARY PACKAGE : (AUD 85,000 + Super)
