We are seeking a skilled professional to work as a Customer Support Officer, handling customer calls from utility contractors on a 24/7 basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and issues during their scheduled rostered period.
* They will work collaboratively with existing team members to manage incident response and customer relationships.
* Administrative tasks such as case recording, documentation, follow-ups, and stakeholder updates will also form part of their duties.
