Job Description
As an IT Infrastructure Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure.
* Maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure
* Providing technical support for users
You should be willing to learn and possess a valid driving license for remote site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure and troubleshoot network devices
* Perform routine maintenance tasks on servers and network equipment
* Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email or in-person
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills:
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge of networking protocols and architecture
* Experience with IT service management tools
* Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell)
