Viennoiserie Pastry Chef
We are seeking an experienced Viennoiserie Pastry Chef to join our pastry production team.
Hours: 3am - 12pm Monday to Friday shifts, with possible weekend work as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and mixing doughs
- Laminating to a high standard
- Rolling, shaping, and preparing products for daily production
- Maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in viennoiserie or croissant production
- Strong technical skills in dough preparation, lamination, and rolling
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and within a team
