The Remuneration & Employment Advisor role is responsible providing pro-active advice and support through retrieval and analysis of HR data, enabling the effective delivery of both operational and strategic employment and remuneration activities.
The position has organisational responsibility for key employment & remuneration activities including reporting and analytics, organisation design & establishments, compliance of payroll and remuneration / benefits activities, and position classifications.
We’re seeking someone with a tertiary qualification in human resources (or related) or equivalent experience. Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, demonstrated ability to retrieve / analyse data with high attention to detail, make recommendations for improvement, implement/ monitor changes across the organisation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $96,443 gross per annum
+ 12% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
+ annual award increase
