About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and growing our market share with new and existing clients across various sectors. You will engage with and manage your portfolio of clients through telephone, video, and online channels, and be measured on retention and growth of revenue, client feedback, and customer advocacy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Understanding customer needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions to drive retention, growth, and address competitive threats.
* Effectively managing time and prioritizing efforts based on revenue, relationship, and aligned channel pillars.
* Building strong and ongoing connections at all levels within customers' businesses, building rapport, driving trust, and documenting relationships in CRM.
* Being responsible for customers' product and service experience with us, helping to tailor their advertising and talent sourcing needs, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
* Proactively engaging with customers through outreach, using simple questions and desktop research to understand their needs.
* Using data and insights to influence and generate personalized recommendations based on customer needs.
* Achieving revenue growth targets.
