The Ambulatory Aged Care Program (AACP) is a multidisciplinary initiative aimed at restoring clients' health and well-being. The program comprises three services: Transition Care Program (TCP), Restorative Care Program (RCP), and Gem in the Home (GIT).
Physiotherapy services are client-focused, efficient, and effective, meeting established standards of excellence. Physiotherapists in the AACP work closely with team assistants to provide regular interventions for all clients.
The Grade 2 Physiotherapist actively participates in clinical supervision and education of junior physiotherapists and students, as well as supervision and mentoring of team assistants.
