We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our team in the Greater Ballarat & Central Highland Region. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Growth: Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets;
* Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of real estate professionals;
* Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and tailored solutions;
* Maintenance and Development: Maintain and improve existing processes and systems to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness;
* Sales and Marketing: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers;
* Administration: Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including record-keeping and reporting;
Requirements
* A proven track record of success in leadership or management roles;
* Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Highly organized and efficient with attention to detail;
* Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
* Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities;
* A strong sense of initiative and self-motivation;
* A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development;
Preferred Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Property Services (or equivalent);
* Estate Agent License (or equivalent);
* Agent Representative Certificate;
* Current Police Check Record;
* Driving License and reliable vehicle;
