The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant blue-collar recruitment team

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing, screening and interviewing of suitable candidates
Completing reference checks, Vevo and Criminal Checks
Writing and placing job adverts
Manage high-volume client job orders
Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
Maintain an active candidate base
Handle administration tasks and roster management
Monitor overtime across multiple sites
Report on KPIs
Conduct site inductions and facilitate smooth onboarding
Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
Recruitment experience is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and effective time management
Confident phone manner and friendly attitude
Proactive problem-solving approach
Computer literate with relevant systems proficiency
Ability to excel in a small, efficient team
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
