Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate with clients via email, phone, and text
* Send timely project updates

* Detailed note-taking and maintaining accurate client records
* Prepare and polish documents, templates, and client materials
* Assist with general administration
* Coordinate with architects, building designers, and allied professionals
* Collaborate seamlessly with our virtual assistant team
