About the Role:

You will be responsible for supporting business growth through marketing projects, initiatives, and management of marketing and events activities.

Key Duties:

 * Influence financial growth strategies for all segments, through authentic customer engagement activities to gain and retain new business.
 ">
 * Overall responsibility for developing brand awareness and sales leads generation nationally.
 ">
 * Development and implementation of annual regional and project marketing plans.
 ">
 * Assist in developing and reporting marketing performance.
 ">
 * Maintain relationships with key industry associations to exploit opportunities in increasing business.
 ">
 * Establish and maintain working relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.
 ">
 * Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
 ">
 * Monitor marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to measure effectiveness.

About You:
">
A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential.
">
Minimum 10 years of global experience in marketing, communications, or public relations roles.
">
Successful candidate must be able to travel interstate once a week and to each event (currently 5x per year) and prepared to spend several days on site at a time. Some international travel may be required as well.

Proven expertise in developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
">
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

An enthusiastic self-starter who is proactive, independent, with great time management skills.
