The role
Based at our head office in Tullamarine, we are looking for a dynamic individual looking to grow their career. You will be working as a part of a supportive and a progressive team within a positive working environment and be responsible for the following:
* Maintaining the supply of stock Australia-wide.
* Purchasing from local and overseas vendors.
* Organising and monitoring special customer requirements.
* Schedule customer orders.
* Analyse freight invoices for approval.
* Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
* Manage and control daily inventory stock counts.
* Dealing with logistics and customs challenges.
* Building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
About you
* Ability to prioritise work to meet client objectives.
* Ability to work effectively as a team player as well as autonomously.
* Ability to work under pressure to meet customer requirements.
* Committed to customer service.
* Good verbal and written communication skills, including a pleasant and professional telephone manner.
* PC skills and strong numeracy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel).
* SAP & CRM experience would be advantageous.
