The Role
* Target architects, engineers and designers to win specifications
* Deliver CPDs and design workshops that drive adoption
* Write, defend and maintain specs through tender and value management
* Partner with BDMs to convert specs to orders across key projects
* Support builders and contractors with technical advice and site visits
* Map projects, maintain a clean pipeline and forecast accurately
* Track market activity and feed insights to product and marketing
* Keep CRM data current and compliant
The Person
* Proven specification sales experience in building products
* Strong network across A&D, consultants and Tier 1–2 builders
* Confident presenter with clear written communication
* Technically credible. Render, coatings, cladding or aligned systems valued
* Commercial mindset with a hunter approach and strong follow through
* Organised, self-led, and comfortable working autonomously
