As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team at our site in Rosehill.
About the Role
Reporting into the Supply Chain Director, this is a standalone role, with full accountability for all Quality and Compliance aspects for our products.
You'll be responsible for driving product quality, compliance, and certification standards across the supply chain — ensuring every product meets both customer expectations and environmental commitments.
This role is ideal for a quality professional who enjoys both hands-on execution and strategic oversight in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead product inspections, testing, and validation to ensure compliance with internal standards and certifications (FSC, HACCP, ABA, APCO)
* Manage audit and certification processes to maintain 100% readiness for internal and external reviews
* Investigate and resolve product quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
* Maintain supplier declarations, MSDS, and compliance records
* Ensure all imported products meet relevant food safety and environmental regulations
* Support sustainability reporting and product stewardship initiatives
* Manage supplier and product compliance data within NetSuite and certification databases
* Partner with cross-functional teams — Procurement, Marketing, Operations, and ESG — to uphold product integrity and continuous improvement
About You
* Degree in Quality Management, Environmental Science, Packaging, or related field
* Minimum 3 years' experience in quality assurance or compliance within packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG
* Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and packaging legislation
* Proven track record managing certifications (FSC, HACCP, ABA, APCO)
* Excellent analytical, investigative, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience with ISO 9001/14001 systems and Lean Six Sigma (desirable but not essential)
