Lead HVAC Service Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to take charge of our HVAC service team. As Lead HVAC Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality service and maintenance across our commercial sector in Sydney.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced leader to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring smooth scheduling and driving performance through regular reviews and clear goals.
* Manage and support HVAC technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Oversee work-in-progress tracking, ensure timely invoicing, and deliver accurate quotes and small project pricing.
* Build strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring service meets service-level agreements (SLAs).
* Maintain workplace health and safety registers, manage training records, and ensure all site documentation is up-to-date.
* Utilize job management software to streamline data, reporting, forecasting, and labor planning across multiple sites.

* A strong understanding of WIP management, quoting, billing, and client liaison.
* Proficiency in job management software.
* Excellent communication and people management skills.
