Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager
Location: Broome Regional Prison, Western Australia
Salary: SRN 3, $131,523 p.a. plus 12% superannuation (DCSNA)

About the Role
The Justice Health and Wellbeing Service delivers a range of holistic, evidence‐based, culturally responsive health care for patients and clients across the Western Australian custodial estate. The Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) is responsible for the delivery of health services within the prison, maintaining clinical standards and ensuring quality of care. The CNM coordinates the overall management of the health centre and contributes as a member of the senior management team.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high‐quality, patient‐centred care for the prison population.
* Supervise, mentor and develop nursing staff to maintain clinical effectiveness.
* Ensure compliance with legislation, policy and quality improvement standards.
* Manage resources, staffing and budgets to support efficient service delivery.
* Collaborate with allied health, pharmacy and tertiary service teams to provide integrated care.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse status with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Demonstrated senior‐level clinical nursing practice and leadership experience.
* Strong resource‐management and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, policy and nursing standards.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience working with culturally diverse clients.
* Ability to manage ethical behaviour in complex settings.
