The role of Senior Channel Marketing Manager is pivotal in driving brand visibility, shopper experience, and sales performance across all sales channels.
This includes developing and executing channel and trade marketing strategies that align with business goals and brand values.
* Lead the development and execution of channel and trade marketing strategies.
* Develop a channel-led brand world for Ultraceuticals Core and Ultra MD.
* Support annual planning processes for channel marketing, including budgeting, promotions, POS material, and retail activations.
* Drive excellence in market execution across all retail and digital touchpoints.
* Collaborate closely with Sales leadership and field teams to deliver consistent consumer experiences.
* Serve as a key link between the Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring seamless integration of brand messaging and marketing activation.
About the Role:
This is a newly created role due to the growth of Ultraceuticals. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in channel or customer marketing, ideally in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or retail industries.
