Hobart Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Clinical & Corporate Quality Improvement Program lead to lead a focused, three-month on-site initiative to enhance both clinical quality and corporate performance. This role will partner with clinical teams and corporate services to accelerate patient-centered improvements, strengthen safety and compliance, and optimize operational workflows. Reporting to the Executive Manager Risk, Clinical Governance, Mental Health and Wellbeing Programs; the role will require a can do attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design, execution, and measurement of integrated clinical and corporate quality improvement programs.
Support rapid-cycle quality improvement projects (Plan-Do-Study-Act) across clinical and non-clinical domains.
Assist in mapping system/processes, identify gaps, and implement evidence-based improvements to care delivery and operational processes.
Support governance and quality forums; drive incident reporting, root cause analysis, risk management, and action tracking.
Ensure alignment with relevant standards, regulations, and privacy considerations; promote patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience leading clinical and corporate quality improvement initiatives.
Very high digital health capabilities, including hands-on use of clinical information systems (EMR/EHR) and corporate systems, data extraction, analytics, and reporting.
Excellent project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
Quality improvement certifications (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma,PMP or similar).
Work Environment and Terms:
On-site role at Hobart Clinic; 3-month fixed-term contract.
Full-time hours or Part-time hours considered for the right applicant.
