What You'll Do: Lead with Love: Be the heart and soul of the Preschool room, creating a safe, fun, and stimulating space for children to thrive. Play and Learn: Develop and deliver an exciting, play-based curriculum that sparks curiosity and joy. Build Bonds: Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the local community. What we need from you: Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-assessed equivalent. Proven 2 years experience in a Room leader role within an Australian early childhood setting. A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous improvement.
