Events Project Manager Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects and events from initial client briefing through to installation and dismantlement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee multiple projects from concept through completion.
* Operate and program CNC machinery, creating and interpreting CAD drawings.
* Liaise directly with clients, suppliers, and site stakeholders.
This role requires a strong background in project management within the events, exhibitions, and brand activation space. A proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget is essential.
Requirements:
* A strong understanding of fabrication and on-site production.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* Team management experience is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC machines and technical drawing software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks. They will also have excellent budget management, planning, and organisational skills.
