Payroll - Payroll Processing - Payroll Officer - Immediate Start
Located in the Western suburbs and offering a hybrid working model! We are working with a dynamic business operating multiple companies under one umbrella. They are striving for excellence in all aspects of operations and as part of their commitment to their employees, we are seeking a talented Payroll Officer to join the team. You will be contributing to the seamless processing of all payroll functions across the group of companies and reporting to the Payroll Manager.
**Your duties will include**:
- Payroll preparation for multiple group companies
- Assist the Payroll Manager with diverse payroll tasks as required
- Methodical and timely processing of all payroll transactions from various source data
- Utilising awards and EBA knowledge
- Process on-boarding, off-boarding and cross-boarding staff within multiple companies
- Collaborate with the Finance Team to optimise operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and integrity of payroll systems to guarantee correct staff payments
- Monthly financial reporting and reconciliation
- Serve as a communication liaison between the organisation, clients, employees via telephone daily
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll
- Proficiency in utilising various payroll systems and software
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
