As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead the daily operations of our bakery. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring that all aspects of the business meet high standards of quality and service.
* Manage stock ordering, scheduling, and the performance of store supervisors, bakers, and kitchen staff.
* Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety policies and promptly address any issues.
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
* Food Safety/Food Handling Certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
* Strong leadership skills with confidence to make an immediate impact.
* A people-first attitude who enjoys fostering a positive team environment and delivering great customer experiences.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise during busy times.
* Flexibility with working hours.
