Job Title: Site Supervisor - Full-Time Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
Coordinate and supervise construction personnel, contractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company policies
Conduct site inspections and manage quality control processes
Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders
Monitor site progress and schedules
About You:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in residential or commercial construction
Strong knowledge of construction processes and standards
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
Current driver's licence, White Card & Supervisor's licence required
