Steel storeperson

Job Role Summary

We are seeking skilled and customer-focused individuals to fill a Steel Sales/Storeperson position in a dynamic environment.

* Pick and pack steel orders, operating a band saw and gantry crane after training.
* Load and unload trucks using an overhead gantry crane.
* Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
* Maintain a strong focus on safety in all tasks.
* Work the day shift from 7am-3pm, Monday to Friday.
* Collaborate with other team members to fulfill customer orders and meet delivery deadlines.
* Maintain a neat and organized work area.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our operations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.

* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
* Safety conscious and aware of best practices in a warehouse setting.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
