Head of FP&A
Location:
Inner-North Melbourne (very flexible working)
Start:
Mid to late January
This is a 10-week contract, part-time (3-4 days per week), starting late January. A rare opportunity for senior FP&A leaders looking for flexibility without compromising impact.
You'll step in as a steady hand across budgeting, forecasting and, critically, the planning cycle, guiding the business through a key period with strong support from a capable finance team.
What you'll be doing:
Owning financial roadmaps, resource planning and alignment across teams and workstreams
Leading budgeting and forecasting, providing clear frameworks to support investment decisions and manage risk
Acting as a trusted commercial partner, translating complex financial data into actionable insight
Developing and uplifting the FP&A function, embedding strong planning discipline
Providing progress updates on the implementation of NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, flagging risks early and avoiding last-minute surprises
About you:
CA or CPA Qualified
Experience leading teams of 2-4 people
Full working rights
Availability to start in January for 10 weeks
